Ray is a native and lifelong resident of Western North Carolina. He was born and raised in the Asheville/Buncombe County area and has an in depth understanding of life here in our mountains and foothills. Ray, his wife Sue, and their family relocated to Polk County in 2001 to Flight Quest Farm in Green Creek. 

In addition to real estate brokerage, Ray is a licensed general contractor with over three decades in the residential and commercial renovation and construction business. His experience in this field has given him knowledge and strength with negotiating skills while representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Laura has been practicing real estate brokerage since 2003 and has closed more than 120 transactions, totaling more than 21 million in sales. Her background includes residential land and home sales and also property management.  She is a native and lifelong resident of Western North Carolina. She was born and raised in the Asheville/Buncombe County area and relocated to Polk County in 2010. She graduated from UNCA with a Bachelor of Arts in photography. Laura lives in Columbus with her husband and two children.
